Pasture Raised Meats

All of our meat animals are raised on pasture by us right here on our farm. We work hard to make sure all of our animals get the best care.

Chicken

We raise broiler chickens a few times a year and sell the meat frozen whole or in parts. We finish our chickens without any corn, soy, wheat, antibiotics, or added hormones. They have access to pasture year round.

Pork

We raise milk fed pigs out on pasture where they get fresh air, sunshine, and fresh grass. We sell frozen, nitrate free, organic sucanat cured hams, smoked sausage, bacon, pork chops, roasts and fresh sausage in our store. Our pigs are never feed corn, soy, wheat, fermented feed, antibiotics, or added hormones. They have access to pasture year round.

Beef

We also sell beef. We finish our beef without any corn, soy, wheat, fermented feed, antibiotics, or added hormones. Our farm offers frozen beef cubes, various steaks, roasts, ground burger and beef patties. We also make beef broth from the bones and simmer it for 24 hours with organic veggies and herbs.

Turkey

We raise turkeys every year for Thanksgiving. Our turkey are also milk fed and raised on pasture so their meat is super moist and juicy. Our whole fresh turkeys can be pre-ordered for Thanksgiving. We have boneless breasts, thighs, legs and necks, and soup stock and smoked turkey for sale in our store. We finish our turkeys without any corn, soy, wheat, fermented feed, antibiotics, or added hormones. They have access to pasture year round.

Goat

We always have chevon (goat meat) in the store, too. Ground, cubes, roasts and chops. We never feed any of our goats corn, soy, wheat, fermented feed, antibiotics, or added hormones. They have access to pasture year round.
