Our friend Patricia Trimble, of Pat’s Baked Goods, makes the best homemade gluten free waffles, pizza shells and cookies. Stop in our store this week and ask for a free sample of her Ginger Cookies. We also carry gluten free pastas and other goodies.

We’ve been busy at the farm today planting trees and making pie and cheese. We planted apple, sugar maple, hawthorn and oak trees around the farm this morning, cut some rhubarb from the garden and made it into pie and then made a new batch of raw goat milk feta cheese. The trees have been watered, the goats milked, the eggs collected, the pie is for sale in the store and the cheese is aging in the cooler…all in all it’s been a pretty good day.

The goats have really been enjoying the warm weather this week. The chickens are happy, too. They’ve been enjoying the seeds we planted in the vegetable garden. I guess it’s time to fix that fence.
